June 3, 2015: Check Your Receipt

What should you do when you discover you were charged improperly on your receipt? I have your answer coming up…

Let’s face it, sometimes we just have to run into a store last minute or buy something on a whim, and we’re not always paying close attention to the register during checkout.

So what happens if you get home and realize you’ve been charged the wrong price? You fix it, of course!

First of all, you need to be aware of the correct price in the first place, but you can always double check that online or by calling the store. Not only do all stores need to fix the error, but many have policies in place that will give you the product for free or at a discount if you were charged improperly.
