UPDATE: You DO NEED THE COUPON to take advantage of this offer. I even called the Cool Springs Pinkberry in advance and was not told I needed the coupon, but once we got there and mentioned GMA, they said they could not give me the free yogurt unless I had the coupon or showed it on my phone.

Once I pulled it up on my phone, they provided me with a cup of UNFROZEN PLAIN GREEK YOGURT topped with blueberries, almonds, granola and the drizzle (just to re-state, this is NOT frozen yogurt), so it is more of a breakfast treat, not a ‘take the kids after school’ treat.

Pinkberry also would not give my children a free yogurt, even though the offer says ONE PER PERSON. All in all, our personal experience was a customer service fail, and left us going to Sweet Cece’s since I’d promised them frozen yogurt. I just wanted to let you know so you can manage your expectations accordingly.
