Can you believe it’s been 4 weeks since I started this online weight loss journal! (and on video through our healthy pantry series!). Are you still hanging with me? I hope so, because it’s just starting to get exciting!
I finally realized that I can’t expect to sit on the computer all day and still lose weight. I felt I was getting stagnant – lose some one day, gain it back the next. Then I realized – my routine has been so hectic that days were going by when I wasn’t working out!
Then I remembered what my coach (Jenni from HealthyOates.com) taught me – do quick burst workouts in the morning and it will help your body burn calories all day. In fact, Jenni & Nathan have launched an amazing website with their patented training method, BURSTClub.com, that you guys need to check out. I’ve just been doing it a couple days and I already notice a difference in how I look and feel!
I know, I know, you want me to get to the stats. I think what I need to start doing is tracking my measurements…maybe next week
