IN MY LIFE
I had every intention of coming to you yesterday, but after a last minute decision by my daughter to try out for Volleyball, we had to rush to get a new physical. That led to my son getting shots while we were at the doctor and, subsequently, me having to return to school after bringing them back to pick him up once again because he was feeling ill.
Follow all that?
K did push through amidst doubts and attend Day 1 of Volleyball tryouts and….she had fun! Who would have thunk it? (I DID!) After B slept off the medicine for a few hours at home and I picked up K from tryouts, we received an impromptu invite to watch our nephew play baseball, which we were thrilled to make happen. All in all, not a bad way to end a crazy day! Today is day 2 of tryouts, so hopefully I’ll have good news to share with you tomorrow 🙂
