IN MY LIFE
Nashville doesn’t have a lot of great sports teams, but we certainly have our Predators! Even though they beat my Blackhawks – and even though I’m not a huge hockey fan – it’s great to see the city come alive to support our home team. They face off vs. the Ducks in game 4 tonight (we lead the series 2-1).
I’m also coveting prayer and confessing something really needs to change in my health. I’ve been so up and down lately, but I need to take a stand, not just for summer, but for the rest of my life and (even more importantly) for my family. I just heard (again) sugar and flour being compared to crack and cocaine, so I’m going to do my best to stay away and get back to basics. Off to the Indian grocery store I go!
