Monday’s Meal Plan is back for the week of November 19, 2012 with a free meal plan for the upcoming holiday week!
I know, I know… I left you hanging last week, and I’m sorry.
While we’re on the subject, I have to confess, I fell of the Paleo wagon last week! I can’t really blame it on traveling, because I’ve traveled since eating Paleo, but I’ll blame it on the good food at Gaylord Opryland resort since we were there to kick off the holiday season!
It wasn’t a bad fall, but I think I failed in not being better prepared and getting caught up in all the Christmas festivities!
But this week I’m ready to jump back on the wagon, at least for the beginning of the week 😉 We’re celebrating Thanksgiving with just our family tonight with a Family Meal for 4 from Whole Foods Market (thanks to our friends at the Green Hills/Nashville location!) and then on Wednesday night we’re making an impromptu drive up to Kentucky to spend Thanksgiving in a central location with some of Ricky’s cousins and our Aunt Brenda, so we’re excited about that.
Even though you may be traveling this week as well, I wanted to give you a meal plan to go off of, of course with lots of help from my friends at eMeals.
