Worthy of breaking my blogging hiatus – casserole

For the first time in our five years of marriage (actually, my entire life!), I made a casserole. In fact, I don’t know if I even spelled that correctly because I’ve never been able to stand the sight of a casserole, much less entertain the idea of making one. But in an effort to clean out my fridge, I thought, “What can I do with leftover chicken, cheese and rice…” and the answer came quickly thanks to Paula Deen and Foodtv.com….

I’m so ashamed (but my husband is so happy).

I should probably clarify my suspicions. I believe someone hacked into your blog and wrote a post because:

1. You don’t write posts!

2. You made a casserole? Seriously…No one believes you.
