Monday's Menu Plan: 9/28

Thanks for all of you who’ve stuck with me this weekend! Amidst a very rainy Saturday, we managed to get moved into our new place with the help of some very gracious friends. Obviously, I didn’t have access to internet, so my posts dwindled a bit, but I’m back!

One of the first couples we met at church when we first moved to Nashville hosted us at their home Saturday night for a fabulous dinner and a comfy place to stay and then invited us back again Sunday night, so we’re still enjoying some of the leftovers they sent home with us! I’ve also listed a lot of great things to do with leftover chicken this week, so take advantage of cooking once and eating off of it multiple times.
