* I’m headed back to Lipscomb for my third time in 3 days because I’m teaching three different versions of one class. It’s not only challenging me in a new way this term, but I’m also trying to implement new technology and procedures, so that’s time consuming as well.
Today is also my son’s half-birthday, which means he gets to choose whatever he wants for dinner, which means steak & homemade pop tarts for dessert. I think I’m going to try making them gluten free & see if he notices 😉
