While no one likes to hear the word taxes, there is one word everyone loves to hear…
And while not everyone is guaranteed a refund, there is one way to guarantee that if you get one, it will get it even faster: make sure to choose the direct deposit option.
When you choose to have your tax refund deposited into your bank account, you will often see it weeks sooner than if you wait to receive a check from the IRS. Better yet, have the money deposited into a savings account that you’ve earmarked for a special trip or project, that way you it won’t spend it unnecessarily.
