September 2, 2015: Getting Your Time’s Worth
Have you ever considered how much your time is worth? If not, I’m about to tell you why you need to start.
Think of everything you do during your day – work, play, clean, shop, eat…and hopefully sleep! There are only so many hours you have to earn a living, so you need to maximize that time AND make sure you’re being paid what you’re worth.
Step back and analyze how much time it takes you to complete your various jobs and then assess whether or not they’re truly worth it.
Instead, it might actually be worth your time to hire out some of your work tasks or even jobs around the house because you could actually make more working in your sweet spot than it would take for you to hire someone else to do the tasks that don’t require your expertise.
