Homemade Anti-bacterial Spray[powerpress]

November 12, 2014: Homemade Antibacterial Spray

What is the best and most cost-efficient way to keep your family’s hands clean during the cold & flu season?

Antibacterial sprays and gels have come under a lot of scrutiny lately, but it never hurts to have your own homemade spray on hand, especially for when you’re on the go or in the car.

Simply get a travel spray bottle and fill it with equal parts of alcohol or hydrogen peroxide and water. Or, if you want to stay all natural, add about 20 drops of your favorite essential oils to the water in a spray bottle (citrus, lavender and eucalyptus are the best).

That way, even if you’re not near a sink, you always have a quick way to disinfect during cold and flu season.
