It’s Day 8 in my 31 Days of Daily Dance Moves and I’m teaching you how to do the Rita Turn.
Back in high school, we loved dancing to a song called “Dangerous on the Dance Floor”, which starts out by singing, “I know a girl by the name of Rita…”
Well, as you can guess, Rita became my nickname amongst my friends and the turn I started doing to that song has stuck and become known as the “Rita turn”. Now you can do it too!
