Kids Work Too

May 21, 2015: Kids Work Too

School will be out soon, so how will your kids be spending their summer? I have some ideas that will not only enrich them, but help your budget!

Let’s face it, school can be hard on their kids, and while you may let them do their own thing the first week after school is out, you don’t want them watching TV or using electronics inside all day every day.

Older kids may already be seeking employment for the summer, but even younger kids can be put to work in and around the house. Depending on their age, kids can help with gardening, lawn care, garage clean up or even washing windows. By getting the kids to clean up outside, not only are you saving your own time and money, but you’re saving on those electric bills too!
