Some of the best moments with my kids happen when a camera is never nearby.
For example, when my son runs to me from another room exclaiming, “mama, mama!!!!
or when he tried a piece of chocolate chip banana bread this morning that we’d received as a gift and he said (very emphatically, mind you), “OH….MY….WORD! That IS DELICIOUS!”
I can only hope my ever aging brain will allow me to keep track of all the precious moments we’re not able to save by other means, for they are the true light of my day!
