* While the tires get fixed on our van today, we’ll be headed over to the Grand Opening preview of the new Pollo Tropical in Nashville West shopping center. For those of us from South Florida, the chain is not new, but it’s a big deal here in Nashville. With fresh, grilled chicken and a free sauce & salsa bar that even I like, it’s a great option for families on the go who don’t want to get stuck eating fast food hamburgers from a drive thru.
