IN MY LIFE:
* Our nation experienced tragedy like no other this weekend. I hate to say “the greatest tragedy”, since such things can’t be measured with numbers, but the horror remains unthinkable and necessitates conversations. While we all must go on with our lives, if something like this doesn’t cause pause and reflection, I don’t know what would.
We’re reaching hundred degree temperatures this week in Nashville, and ironically it’s the week my son is starting British Soccer camp. Though I’m not sure anything could stop him from embracing is “mother land” at British Soccer Challenger Camps this week! (The jersey alone was motivation for him).
The summer is definitely in full swing as evidenced today by the various sports my kids are participating in and the music lessons my daughter is starting today, but they wouldn’t have it any other way.
