The Daily Dash: May 25 2016 {Last Day of School}

IN MY LIFE:
* So I couldn’t get to you yesterday because of my son’s award ceremony at school. I’m proud to say he won multiple awards, including top honors in math and music and the school’s highest award, “Above & Beyond”.
And while today is the last day of school, and actually sitting in a dentist office because he cracked one of his teeth right in half. Not quite sure how that even happens, but all I know is that he just wants to get back to school before the end of this last half day!
We typically celebrate the kids getting out of school by going to hibachi for lunch, since it’s not only a favorite of ours, but it is so much cheaper then going for dinner.
