Emotions kept me from coming to you yesterday, but they’re not keeping me from the polls today…

The Daily Dash: October 28, 2016 {Crying Before School & #EarlyVoting}

* Plane carrying VP Candidate Mike Pence skids off runway and shuts down LaGuardia
* Clinton’s transition team considering Biden for cabinet if she wins
* Deadly earthquakes in Italy
* First Snowfall of the season in the NorthEast
* Game 3 of the World Series tonight; Titans win in TNF last night!

This Week’s Verse: Ephesians 5:26
to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.

Our Lord took on Himself the sin of the world through identification with us, not through sympathy for us – Oswald Chambers

* Sorry I couldn’t get it together to come to you yesterday – some mornings of being a mom AND haven’t to work/teach just overwhelm me. To be honest, we shed some tears before school yesterday and I had to discipline one of my kids quite harshly for an attitude issues and it really stayed with me for the rest of the day. But I couldn’t let it keep me down or get in the way of teaching in the classroom, so I let go and let God take over!

Today I’m tackling some writing projects for clients, but before I do that, I’m heading to the polls for early voting. I still don’t know what I’m going to do, but I am going to exercise my right to vote.
