I’ve learned a lot in business over the past couple of decades, but one of the most important lesson I learned actually came from Dolly Parton herself. In an interview once, I heard her say something to the effect of:
“I know what I’m good at and I know what I’m not good at…and smart enough to surround myself with smart people who are good in the areas I’m not.”
