Check Your Receipts

December 29, 2014: Check Your Receipts

Ready to get back on track?

Monday has always been my favorite day of the week for getting my finances back in order but especially this Monday after Christmas, it’s important to review all your receipts. Here are the things you want to look out for:

First, make sure you were charged the right price for what you bought.
Second, scan sales to see if anything has gone down in price since you purchased it.
Finally, review the back of your receipts for the return policy. The last thing you want to do is get stuck with something you don’t really want to because you didn’t realize you had to return it within a certain time period.

Following the steps will prevent future financial heartache.
