IN MY LIFE:
Every holiday season, my family drives down the road to stay at Gaylord Opryland Resort. Sure, it may only be a 20-minute drive from our house and we could easily go there and back in a day, but then we’d miss so much of the magic that makes “A Country Christmas” what it is.
We stayed overnight this weekend to experience ICE! featuring “A Christmas Story”, get a sneak peek at “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical”, go ice tubing, and so much more. And you know we couldn’t visit without spending the majority of our time inside of SoundWaves (yes, you can still suntan in the winter there!).
I’ll actually be sharing ALL of our adventures, including my insider tips, in a 30-minute special airing this week, so stay tuned for all those details.

I read a Psalm this morning that reminded me of this: when we think we know everything is actually when we know very little. We’re dealing with a unique circumstance in our family right now, so I pray that we all approach today with an extra dose of humility.
