October 1, 2015: Monthly Meal Plan

Want to know the secret to getting dinner on the table on time every night? I’ve got your answer coming up.

Over the summer, I’ll admit, I got a little lax when it came to meal planning. But now that fall is on the horizon, I’m getting back on track. And not just with weekly meal planning, I’m meal planning for a month at a time.

Why you ask? I found it doesn’t take that much longer to sit down at one time and look ahead at my meals for an entire month. That way, not only does it prevent me from not having a meal plan if something comes up on the weekend, but it also allows me to keep my eye out for sales based on what we will be eating that month.
