IN MY LIFE:

It’s great when you can be with your best friend in a familiar place and yet make new memories, and that’s exactly what we are doing today.

After a long walk, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day at a local pub. And because my best friend loves me and my kids so much, she took me back to my alma mater to reminisce a little bit and pick up some new game day gear.

One of the most poignant things we discussed today was that just because you have bad memories about a place, person or thing doesn’t mean you can’t turn those into positive new memories with a renewed experience. I hope you take the opportunity to reflect on what that could mean for you today.

PRAYER FOCUS: Hope

My prayer for you today is new Hope. That you would be able to reflect on things that may have hurt you in your past and consider how God can restore and renew them for your future.
