If you will give God your right to yourself, He will make a holy experiment out of you ~ Oswald Chambers

Yesterday on Instagram I talked about the importance of a self-imposed “airplane mode”. Basically, it’s taking time for yourself to reconnect or focus on one task each day without any distractions.

My kids and I are all doing different things this week, so I’m trying my best to put that advice into practice. Specifically, I’m taking to heart that 2021 is almost half over, so I’m revisiting goals I set for myself, making sure I’m up-to-date on budget and business tasks, and re-prioritizing for the second half of the year.

My counselor advised it’s good to find new places to visit to recalibrate your brain and truly discover what you love and what’s important to you…so I’m doing exactly that. I hope you’ll take time to do the same for yourself today!

My prayer today is for my son and his high school youth group that are currently on a domestic mission trip. I pray we all have a heart for missions, not just internationally, but where we live as well.
