IN MY LIFE:

I know a lot has been discussed about homeschooling kids while working from home, but what about those of us with teenagers. Several fellow moms of teens reached out to me asking what I’m doing to help keep them on schedule.

The truth is, this week is their Spring Break. They’re super disappointed we turned down two different opportunities to go to the beach, but #FlattenThe Curve. So while they are taking a break from traditional learning, I don’t want them staring at a screen all day. That’s why I’ve been taking breaks with them to have them help me cook, organize and yes, exercise.

Last night I compiled a list of 70 things teens can do while stuck at home. I hope this helps you or a family you know. I’d be honored if you’d share it and pass it along.

PRAYER FOCUS: Discipline
Per my daughter, this is our prayer focus today. As much as I enjoy not being as regimented as normal, days like these also require a certain amount of self-discipline to make sure we’re stewarding our time and energy wisely.
