This Week’s Verse: Colossians 3:3
For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.

The goal of faithfulness is not that we will do work for God, but that he will be free to do his work through us ~ Oswald Chambers

Tuesday’s aren’t supposed to be a crazy day in the Cone Home, but my son woke up with a temperature and sure enough, it’s another case of strep (his 4th in about 6 months). We’ve been told tonsils can’t come out until he’s had 6 cases in a year, but this is getting a little old.

Even though I’m not teaching on campus at the University this term, I am teaching an online class for Lipscomb, as well as a dual enrollment for a local high school, so I went and surprised them in person this morning for their first day of class so they know who’s on the other side of the screen.
