IN MY LIFE:
What a whirlwind weekend it was for us! We celebrated my niece’s birthday, had a whirlwind day of tax-free back to school shopping on Saturday, spent the morning at church and meetings on Sunday and finished it off with game night with some of our favorite people.
It’s hard to believe school is just two weeks away for our kids, so as much as we’re trying to embrace the end of summer, we’re also starting to settle back into routines to prep for school to start.
PRAYER FOCUS: Polite
As our world becomes desensitized to the shocking and vulgar, especially with being able to hide behind social media, today I pray that each of us minds our manners and I pray the characteristic of being polite over each of you.
