It’s a great way to celebrate the end of the week…

The Daily Dash: May 5, 2017 {#CincoDeMayo & #Dollywood Homecoming}

* Senate passes new Health Care bill
* Kentucky Derby is this weekend
* It’s Cinco de Mayo

This Week’s Verse: Colossians 3:20
Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

Our reach must exceed our grasp ~ Oswald Chambers

Despite the weather, I had a great girls night with my friend Tiff to celebrate the release of Jordan Christy’s new book “How to be a Hepburn in a Kardashian world”. Even though our families spend a lot of time together, we don’t get to spend as much time ‘just girls’, so it was good to get out together.

It’s rainy again today, but that doesn’t stop a busy schedule, including a meeting at the university and marriage counseling. of course, we’ll be having a homemade Mexican feast to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at home tonight. I hope you all have a fun and delicious weekend as well!
