For years I’ve been helping families make their Disney dreams come true for less.

I’ve coached friends, taught seminars and done basically everything to help people book their Disney vacation except that…book their vacation.

I looked into becoming a Disney Vacation Planner but recognized I couldn’t be at everyone’s beck and call should you need me when you actually arrive at the hotel or on your vacation.

So what’s a girl with all this Disney knowledge to do?

Partner with another girl with her own set of Disney expertise…who can take care of your Disney vacation booking for free!

Please meet Jennifer Hardy with Destinations in Florida: Jennifer helps guests with every aspect of the Disney vacation planning, including itinerary planning, restaurant suggestions, dining reservations, birthday celebrations and so much more. She even does the little extras, like calling your Resort Manager to request a specific room (not always guaranteed but never hurts), sending a character card for your child, delivering your package to your resort (if you have a last minute trip) or getting that “hard to get” breakfast reservation with Cinderella.

We’ve joined forces to bring you the best of both worlds: The most up-to-date Disney deals (as well as other Florida destinations) along with my money and time savings insights for choosing your best Disney experience and making your plans for once you get to the park.

Jennifer has come up with some easy to view Disney World crowd calendar charts that I use when talking to my guests.  What are the busiest and least busy times of the year? Although special events, promotions and other unpredictable factors may influence Theme Park attendance levels, the following list highlights historic attendance trends throughout the year.

Note: All holiday reference is specific to the United States (U.S.)

Lowest Attendance

  • January (except New Year’s Day) until just prior to Presidents’ week in February (third Monday)
  • The week following Labor Day until just prior to Thanksgiving (U.S.) week
  • The week following Thanksgiving (U.S.) until the week prior to Christmas

Moderate Attendance

  • After Presidents’ week in February (third Monday) through early March
  • Late April through early June (except Memorial Day weekend)
  • The first part of Thanksgiving (U.S.) week

Highest Attendance

  • Presidents’ week in February (third Monday)
  • Mid-March through Late April (“Spring Break”)
  • Memorial Day weekend
  • Mid-June through Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (US) and weekend
  • Christmas week through New Year’s Day

During regular attendance periods, the Theme Parks tend to be the busiest on the following days:

  • Magic Kingdom® Park: Monday, Thursday and Saturday
  • Epcot®: Tuesday and Friday
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios™: Sunday and Wednesday
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Below are Disney World crowd calendars.

The “low crowd” weeks (GREEN) represent the only crowd levels a family visiting for the first time, and unsure if it will ever return, should consider.  However, lower crowds, especially lowest crowds, do not always mean a better week. The lowest weeks are low for a reason–typically because they are in the hurricane or the ride closure seasons.

The “moderate crowd” weeks  (YELLOW) have crowd levels I would not recommend to first-time visitors. However, I’d go during such weeks myself with no hesitation, and think these levels are OK for returning visitors who don’t need to see everything and already know how to work Walt Disney World.

The “high crowd” weeks should be avoided by everyone!  (RED) But since they aren’t and some people can ONLY travel during these times they are super high and like Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break the park can reach capacity and not allow entrance to the parks.  Usually, Magic Kingdom is the one to close but I’ve seen others close due to crowds also.
