Do this first thing in the morning…

I’ve read a lot about nutrition of the years and hear a lot of advice, but the one thing everyone seems to agree on is what to do first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up:

Drink a large glass of water with the juice of half a lemon.

I realize your morning routine can be rushed and crazy, but ever since I’ve started getting up just a half hour earlier, it’s made it so much easier for me to get my morning cocktail, get breakfast ready and walk out the door in a healthier and happier manner.

*It’s a natural antiseptic
*Helps alleviate & control constipation & diarrhea
