Sorry for coming to you so late today, but I’ve been busy celebrating my daughter’s birthday! That’s right, my firstborn is now 15 years old and I’m having trouble believing it.
Of course most of her friends are starting to drive and she doesn’t even have her permit yet, but I still can’t believe she’s that old. All she wanted to do today was get some ice cream with friends…but I couldn’t let her do just that.
I planned some fun around the CoolSprings Galleria, stopping at some of her favorite stores for gifts, goodies and surprises. You can check out my Facebook post and Instagram Stories to see what we did.
And we didn’t eat just any ice cream: we took her to the new Bubble Waffle Nashville inside the Galleria. Trust me, these are ice cream creations you have to see to believe! She also got her ears double-pierced, so I’d say she had a good day.
PRAYER FOCUS: Grateful
I’m so grateful for my daughter and her friends, and pray that you experience the same gratitude today.
