IN MY LIFE:
If you missed my Daily Dash yesterday, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go back to watch it (unless you get seasick, then don’t because I was being blown around all over the place!): it was my first broadcast from IN the ocean and I couldn’t have been happier. The Allura catamaran cruise that took us to swim with the stingrays did not disappoint.

Today we are docked in Cozumel, Mexico and several of us came to Mr. Sanchos all-inclusive beach because of the consistently high ratings on Trip Advisor (https://ow.ly/yL9L30lOk5K).

It costs $55 for the day which includes beach chairs, ocean & pool access, and unlimited drinks & food. They also have an option for a private cabana for two which also includes 2, 30-minute massages, and that costs $230. Is it the water of Grand Cayman? No. Is it luxurious? No? Are people still walking around the beach trying to sell you snorkeling, scuba, massages, music and pictures with iguanas? YES.

That being said, if you want a safe place to spend your day off the ship in Cozumel with delicious food in a safe environment, this is the place for you. (I can’t vouch for the alcohol since I don’t drink, but I highly recommend the frozen mango daiquiri with chili around the rim – virgin of course.) I also have to give a big shoutout to our dedicated server for the day, Jorge Luis. Not only has he been kind, funny and attentive, when we explained we just wanted to have a girls day without all the people trying to sell us stuff, he also made a great bouncer!

And yes, there is free wifi. ? Even though I’m in a tropical place, that doesn’t mean my work stops. So I ate my guacamole, swam in the ocean, and now I will spend a few hours typing with the most beautiful view beside me…so don’t feel too badly for me. ?
