IN MY LIFE:
We had an impromptu opportunity to experience the new Soundwaves Nashville waterpark at Gaylord Opryland resort on Thursday night. Friends were coming into town for the night to do the same thing, so Opryland provided us with the opportunity to join them.
Though the indoor Soundwaves waterpark opened in December 2018, this was the first opportunity we had to check out the only indoor luxury waterpark of its kind in North America.
While I’ll be putting up a full review soon, suffice it to say that we were not only impressed, we had tons of fun! It’s gorgeous inside with something for everyone. You have to purchase a waterpark package to gain entry, so it doesn’t get overrun with guests. We hardly had to wait in any lines, and it was bright with awesome music pumped throughout the slides and rivers.
The only downfall? My body was not swimsuit ready after the holidays, but that didn’t keep me from trying everything, including surfing on the FlowRider (make sure to check out my Opryland Highlights in my IG stories if you missed that!).
