I’ll admit, I haven’t had time to catch the news lately: I was up until Midnight working last night and have been running around town this morning. Thankfully, we learned that neither of our kids need braces right now and we’re getting a jump start on our financial goals for 2018.
Also, starting today, the American Red Cross is offering free t-shirts for giving blood and platelets. Not that you need a gift to give blood, but it stresses just how great the need is during this time of year. Not everyone has extra cash to donate at this time of year, but almost everyone can give blood.
One more holiday tip for you: make sure to use your phone to your advantage when shopping. Before checking out, do a quick Google search to see if the item is cheaper anywhere else and then ask if they’ll match the price at Customer Service.
