God does not keep His child immune from trouble; He promises to be with us in the trouble ~ Oswald Chambers

The newest children’s book from Matthew Paul Turner is out today. What makes this book extra special is that he finished it for Rachel Held Evans.

Rachel lost her life way too soon. She has started writing her first children’s book, but never got to finish it before she went to heaven. Rachel’s husband asked Matthew to finish it and the result is beautiful and whimsical.

I especially love the illustrations and inclusivity of Matthew’s children’s books snd “What is God Like” is no exception. I guarantee this will be a book that will touch people of ALL ages.

Pick up a copy wherever books are sold, including:

  • Amazon
  • Target
    • Right now Target is having a sale where if you buy 2 books, you get 1 free, so you can get three books for the price of two! These would make great baby shower gifts or kids’ birthday gifts!

I pray that no matter how old you are, you never lose your sense of whimsy and wonder. Always ask God questions. Regardless of whether you don’t get an answer, or don’t get the answer you hoped for, never stop asking.

Stay in the know on the go:
