This week, we continue seeking out the worst food offenders when it comes to pasta & rice. Jenni Oates (from HealthyOates.com) is keeping me on track and you would not believe what she discovers in my pantry this week!

I think one of the most shocking things I learned was how unhealthy those pre-packaged rice mixes can be. I’ve never considered rice a health food, but I always thought it was a better option than pasta….just wait til you hear what Jenni has to say…
