I know, I know…I’ve been slacking for the last couple weeks. But you know that sometimes my life doesn’t go as I plan and if it comes to putting my meal plan up on this blog or actually fixing dinner for my family…well, family will win out every time 🙂

Ironically enough, I’ll be out of town most of this week, but I didn’t want you to go one more week without a meal plan (not that you stop eating if you don’t hear from me…you don’t, do you?). So I decided to make you a list of some of our family favorites this week. I hope you enjoy!

Monday Egg Breakfast Sandwich Ham & Cheese on Crackers Oven Baked Tilapia
Tuesday Cereal PB&J Chili Mac
Wednesday Fruit Oatmeal Grilled Cheese with Tomato Chicken Rollatini with Feta & Spinach
Thursday Cereal Rice Noodle soup with Garlic and Chiles Taco Bar with homemade Pico
Friday Smoothies Turkey & Avocado Roll Ups Pita Pizzas with Green Salad
Saturday Greek Yogurt with granola & fruit Spinach Salad with Strawberries Chicken Tortilla Soup
Sunday Toast with Peanut Butter & Syrup leftovers Easy Pot Roast
