The incredibly talented students at Trevecca Nazarene University (where my hubby went to college!) are performing Seussical the Musical this weekend. It has won nothing but rave reviews and there is still time for you all to catch a performance!
We just returned from tonight’s performance – what a whimsical, clever adaptation of this show! Each student was so talented and everything from the bright costumes to the creative set nuances reminded me of the ingenuity of a Disney production (especially the blacklight fish performance in the first act!). I have a hard time picking a favorite character, as every performer was so talented, but I must say I have a strong affinity for Gertrude – both her voice and character won me over right from the start!
HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS: I have 2 sets of 2 tickets to give away for each of Saturday’s performances!
