Where will you sit at Club Med Sandpiper Bay?

What? That wasn’t the first thing that came to mind when considering a Club Med vacation?

Well for me, there are a few things that I’m obsessed fascinated with:
*Pens
*Purses
*Seating options

I may be the only person I know whose attention goes immediately to the chairs I can find on vacation as opposed to the beach or the pool itself 😉

…and Club Med Sandpiper Bay does not disappoint in this category!

In fact, it has some of the most interesting  seating options I’ve ever seen while on vacation. Not only are there plenty of options (just take a look at my pictures below), but they vary in color, size and function!

For instance, take a look at the long, purple couches that great you in the Club Med Sandpiper Bay reception area. The sateen striped pillows make me especially happy:

I found this majestic number outside of Soleil, the full service restaurant at Club Med Sandpiper Bay. Not the comfiest, buy by far the most regal:

If you’re looking to lounge with a partner in a hidden retreat while overlooking the bay, shielded from the sun, then this is for you:

I happened across these tables & chairs in the courtyard of one of the guest buildings. Perhaps not the most modern of seating I found around Club Med Sandpiper Bay, but I couldn’t resist the pop of bright aqua against the green trees!

These red lounges can be found not only at the main pool, but also by the adult only infinity pool:

I love the full circle effect of this chair. Theoretically if you were to lounge on this all day, you could just keep rotating all day along with the trajectory of the sun:

To be honest, I didn’t find a lot of time to just sit around while I was at Club Med, but for the half hour I did, it was in this bed-like lounge positioned on the sand. There wasn’t much sun out at the time, but it didn’t matter because the scenery was so gorgeous:

This private gazebo can be found in the Club Med L’Occitane spa, the only L’Occitane spa in the United States! The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had, but being able to lounge in this special relaxation area was what really made the afternoon at the spa worthwhile:

Here was my view from my lounge chair while sipping lemon ginger tea:

Our room was on the ground floor of the G building, which meant we had our own private patio overlooking Sandpiper Bay. Every morning, I would wake up early to sit outside and have my devotions & a little quiet time before breakfast and yoga:

The main pool is truly the focal point of the Club Med Sandpiper Bay village:

As the only Club Med in North America, they truly do their best to feature the natural beauty of their surroundings in Florida. Take for instance this tree they left standing and built seating around just outside the Slice Bar & Lounge:

You’d be hard pressed not to find a favorite spot to relax during your time at Club Med Sandpiper Bay in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The most difficult part of your vacation may be finding the time to actually sit down with all the first-rate activities that you can participate in!
